Really appreciated Joe and Rainy's hard work and diligence in selling our house during the Covid-19 pandemic.

We appreciated their handling of the showings and and maintaining Covid-19 recommendations when showing the house to prospective buyers. Although the we had some issues with an appraisal with one of the offers that was made in the end we did end up selling the home at full price which was worth the wait. Joe and Rainy continued to be optimistic and and reassuring during the sales process. Joe's connections with other Realtors outside the Pinetop area helped with being able to secure a new home outside the local area. Overall the process worked out well. A solid team with with that is very confident.
